Corky's Lament (pharmaceutical version)

Only a few years ago one never saw a drug commercial on t.v. - now it seems that on every channel is an advertisement touting “My doctor says” or “Ask your doctor”…Have we entered the Brave New World of prophetic author Aldous Huxley - where it has become illegal not to take drugs? When I first heard the sustained drone of Minus-Kelvin’s version of Corkys Bar-B-Q,I was reminded of the Celtic dirges sung at funerals. With that in mind,I sang the names of forty well known pharmaceuticals in the style of such Laments.
