The Mixin’ Kitchen is bi-monthly show featuring themed episodes of great mixes posted here at ccMixter. Each episode features remixes that have a special connection, sometimes conceptual, sometimes musical. If you are new to the site or open music in the Commons, then the show for you is The Hook. It features the very best music from the archives along with special new mixes. If you, or your friends, ever want to know what all this stuff is about: point them at The Hook. The Iglu features a variety of themes and genres - from house to ambient, rock to folk. This show highlights some of the finest tracks on ccMixter. The Savvy & the Chic is a downtempo/lounge podcast compiled and mixed by Hektor Thillet. Savvy & the Chic features some of the coolest music from ccMixter.org. The Cool Music Show ran 89 straight weeks, featuring the best remixes uploaded each week. Listening to the past episodes of the Cool Music Show is a great way to hear some of the best music from the ccMixter archives. The s. c. mixer DJ mixes, including the unwind and DanceMixter sessions showcase great DJ sets of ambient, chill, downtempo, dance and trance. Phunky Phetes is all about the funky backbeat.
