great work, mon Per. i hadn’t thought of these pieces as a tryptic
but they support each other so well.
great playing on the BT, too.

Thanks, cher ami. I noticed that the level and tone of your voices are very similar in these poems. Like as if you were having a discussion just the two of you. I have a very vivid imagination. I saw the two of you sitting somewhere in the nature on a stone just quietly talking to each other. It was more that feeling than the meaning of the words.
PS. The playing is mostly loops and some keyboard.

I also like this much. The rythmic loops are exciting, and work well with the pads. Their voices as well are exquisite when they sing together

I’ve really enjoyed every upload I’ve listened to this evening and this is no exception. It works wonderfully, Per. Great backing track and those warm male voices! Yep, presses my buttons. And carries excellent messages too. xxx

if i could do it single handedly, i would somehow reduce US CO2 emissions for each citizen. instead, i will offer all of our music as this message to many that need to hear and do all i can as one person.

this is an AWESOME mix. thank you! very, very nicely done. a cohesive, professional mix that beautifully combines these pellas.

Don’t lay the burden or the guilt on the citizens, Emily. In my humble opinion, it’s the politicians that have to come up with sexy alternatives, mainly within the transportation sector. I mean, if there was a high speed train connection between for instance LAX and SFO or Dallas and Houston, making the ride city to city in just over 2 hours (which is techically completely possible), a comfy seat with an Internet connection and lots of legroom, you can use your cellphone, go for a snack in the buffet coach, which businessman would bother taking a plane with the hassle of check in lines, security, waiting for boarding, waiting for the luggage and transportation to and from the airport? And as a bonus, can you imagine the thousands of jobs these construction projects create Not so good for the airline industry but very good for the planet. We’ve seen this work for instance between London and Paris/Brussels, Madrid and Barcelona and in my country between Stockholm and Gothenburg where most people now think an air ride is just waste of time. A big thank you for kind words about the mix!

Stimulating makes me think i found out that in 2008 China became #1 Co2 Emissions. They are exporting more stuff and the US owes them money. Wonder whome may be controlling the world in the future?.as more companies do their business in china and more people in the US can’t efford to own a car our rates might drop more. Anyways Excellent Sounds and Words Track!..I hand the Crown to You!…Bravo!

Very well gathered, mostly intact and easily understood, vocals with a backing that propels and supports. Nicely done. And we will reduce our omissions - the day they run out of oil and coal and have mowed down the last forest. For we are a stupid people, we let the ones with the most money make the decisions, and it is not in their best interest to do the right thing. Revolution anyone?

Lovely. Very nice treatment of the vocals - they’re crisp and clean and right at the heart of the mix.

Did you ever listen to the Swedish band “Dive” (Krister Linder)? Your sound often reminds me of that early 90s Swedish moody synth pop. Oh, and that’s a compliment. :)

Oh yes, I knew the Dive boys very well (the other guy’s name is Erik). You will not believe this but on the flipside of one of their singles there is a song dedicated to me(!). And now you say my music sound like theirs. Spooky! Our ways parted for many years until a couple of years ago when I realized that Krister lived in the house next to mine. He’s recently moved, though. Before he moved, we used to meet at the local grocery store and squeeze avocados together and other things that you do in a grocery store. He’s the same now as then, a very warm and gentle human being. He’s still doing music.

Quote: St. PaulOh yes, I knew the Dive boys very well
That’s an incredible coincidence, and an excellent story. Makes me happy to hear for some reason - there’s just something about that which appeals greatly to me. I held their songs in such high regard - “City of Silent Wishes”, “Ultralight Lovegun”, etc. - and it’s just funny to be reminded that they were regular guys just like anyone else.

I’m not always a fan of spoken-text tracks, but this works for me, especially having the “chorus” of them singing together - and the pacing of text gives you time to take it in. Very suitable backing track too.
