I was waiting for more action (guitar-riffs?) in the end..to me the song has the character of an intro.
But anyway, its a very good one.

The longer version had a big break out riff but it was 9 minutes long; too long for even my short attention span lol.
Thanks for the kind words pyrex :-)

You could upload it as an alternative mix for those used to long songs.

I am taking a bit of a CC break, but I had to say something about this one.

Nice musical mood. Really smooth.

Scbomberina just does a really great job. Clear voiced and steady, she’s absolutely perfect for this. Only twelve you say?

Thanks Bob for stopping by. I did a longer version I may post later with three or four of your other guitar leads but the song ended up being 9 minutes long :-/
Yes, she really is twelve, makes me feel rather old.

I was already wondering when the next chapter would be published. I will save that for tomorrow morning. This song is great. It works very fine the way it is, but even so I am curious about the long version. When I was twelve I was barely able to play two notes in sequence. Come to think of it, nothing much has changed since then. ;-) Compliments to all involved.

Here you are, Scombers! I’ve been missing you. Anyway, this is excellent and what an impressive performance from Miss Scomberina. She has a great voice and style - a star in the making. xxxx

Thank you Cig. She has that wonderful combination of youthful exuberance and vulnerability. A knack of hearing a melody in her head straight off and the guts and naivety to just do it. I generally try to fit two many words into a song, the key is that less is generally much more. (and its taken me twenty years to figure out)

Really good mood.. Nostalgic, makes you remember… The voice is perfect for the mood, and mature, only twelve????????. Very good for that age or maybe I’m getting old too, haha.
